Return Policy on New Items
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item shipped, damaged/defective item, ect.) we will pay the return shipping costs. Processing of refunds may take up to three weeks, however this process varies and can be shorter. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned item, the time it takes us to process your return once it has been received, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you wish to return an item, contact us with the reason for the return and we will figure out the most convenient way for you to send back the item(s).

Due to the nature of our antique products each piece has unique characteristics and inherent flaws. Returns on antique products will be at the discretion of the owners.
